CANXPORT Canada Infrastructure Bank Financing

Model-led financial advisory including planning, development, and ongoing optimization and of the CANXPORT financial model for the Port of Prince Rupert. CANXPORT is a greenfield large-scale bulk transload facility supporting 400,000 TEUs of annual export capacity. The role continued from pre-transaction feasibility stage through to Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) financial close over a period of two years, involving hundreds of model iterations, and negotiations with multiple proponents and the CIB.
